rob
initiate a robbery on another users clan

only the clan owner can use this command
clan robs are activites all clan members must attend to help their team, each clan rob lasts 10 minutes or when a clan reaches their required members. a clan can attempt to rob every 6 hours
upon starting a clan rob, the first team to reach their required member quota wins the rob
- defending victory means no money lost, and you are shielded from all rob attempts for 12 hours
- attacking victory takes 25% of the clans balance from their victim
